About us
A bipartisan constituency for women’s health.
Since launching in May 2024, Women’s Health PAC has brought together leaders, donors and advocates around better care, coverage and research for women. We believe women’s health should not be a political issue.
We support federal candidates across both parties based on their policy record and demonstrated commitment to women’s health, not their party affiliation. We look to voting records, sponsorship activity and policy leadership, and hold elected leaders accountable for progress beyond election day.
Our work is grounded in science and evidence-based decision-making. We define women’s health broadly, spanning the whole body and lifespan, and focus on systemic barriers where bipartisan consensus is achievable. Improving women’s health and wellbeing is an economic imperative for families, workplaces and communities.
Our first-cycle foundation
WHPAC provided $3,300 each to 16 federal candidate committees across both parties — $52,800 in direct candidate support. Of the 15 supported candidates on the 2024 ballot, 11 won. Together with Sen. Lisa Murkowski, who was not on that ballot, 12 WHPAC-supported leaders were serving in Congress as of our October 2026 Strategic Update.
In 2024, we convened seven events nationwide with more than 600 attendees, bringing together founders, investors, clinicians, researchers, policymakers and advocates. In March 2025, we convened the first-ever bipartisan Women’s Health Reimbursement Summit in New York.
What we do
- Support federal candidates with a demonstrated commitment to women’s health
- Track bipartisan legislative leadership and hold elected officials accountable
- Convene the women’s health community around shared priorities
- Connect leaders around care, coverage, research and reimbursement
We do not fund advocacy or policy positions on abortion. Supporting a candidate does not mean endorsing every position that candidate holds.
Separate organizations, distinct work
WHPAC helped incubate 51&, which launched in October 2025 as a separate membership organization with its own funding, team and operations. While 51& builds consumer engagement and demand for better care, WHPAC remains focused on bipartisan political action, candidate support and accountability.
Looking toward 2028
We invite our community to help shape WHPAC’s priorities, identify future candidates and strengthen our bipartisan network.
